I am Gill Amos the founder of Active Development. I am an experienced coach and consultant with a background in line management. I have extensive experience supporting organisations and individuals to build their capability and increase their effectiveness.

I have been in coaching and consultancy since 1997 and prior to this had a variety of roles in line management and HR for Sainsbury, Prudential, Scottish and Newcastle Retail. In addition I have worked as an associate tutor for Leicester and Coventry Universities and was Chair of Governors for a Caroline Chisholm School in Northampton from 2001 to 2012. I am currently the Events co-ordinator for Northamptonshire CIPD.
Qualifications and Training
I have an MSc in Organisational Behaviour from Birkbeck College, University of London and a BA (Hons) in Geography from Sheffield University and I have a certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Coaching. In addition I have British Psychological Society Level A and B testing and is qualified to use OPQ, 16PF, MBTI Steps 1 and 2, Hogan Development Survey, FIRO-B, Talent Q Dimensions, The Resilience Questionnaire, Wave and Strengthscope
